Chargeback Procedure

If you start a charge back procedure against us due to any reason (didn't recognize charge or for any other reason) and we are able to show that you were charged correctly, we will have to charge  a $25 Charge to your credit card account. This works the same as a return check fee and we only charge this to cover what we are charged by the bank for this occurring.
